Participants of the IC@N ECHO will be able to:
Integrate relevant social determinants of health into the evaluation of patients and communities,
including the physical, mental and emotional aspects of health and wellness, with consideration of relevant cultural, socioeconomic and structural factors.
Identify and describe common comorbid conditions seen in primary care and mental health practices, as well as evidence-based and promising practices for treating and managing complex cases.
Describe factors that contribute to professional satisfaction, as well as tools, resources and strategies to that effectively enhance clinician wellness.
Explain health and community systems that contribute towards effective integration of mental health and primary care.
