- Do I concentrate on the research article? For your introduction section of your paper, you may want to use your review article and other professional resources (other articles, drug or herbal monographs, guidelines, etc.). You are providing background information on your disease and drugs/treatments/programs. For the research article section of the paper, you are only using your research article to complete the section. Follow the rubric and it will tell you what information to include. The discussion section of your paper is mostly about your research article. You could cite additional resources if you felt it would help your discussion but it is not required.
