This page contains important information and updates on how NEOMED Library is altering its operations to meet the challenges created by COVID-19, as well as a listing of services that can support virtual learning and research

Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update

The NEOMED library and help desk will be staffed remotely beginning at noon on Monday, 3/16/2020. This will continue until further notice as a precaution for Covid-19.

At this time, the library space will be available for users with keycards. However, please follow all announced campus requirements and practice social distancing.

Article delivery, reference and library/help desk assistance will continue and will be performed off-site.

The help desk and library phones have been forwarded to staff working remotely. Staff will be available to assist you from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please, if possible, enter a Work Ticket for help desk service – sign-in in the top right corner on the linked page. This will help us to expeditiously route your request to the best service manager to resolve the issue.

Best ways to contact us:

Articles/eresources – ill@neomed.edu

Reference/searches – refdesk@neomed.edu

General Library – library@neomed.edu

Help Desk – help@neomed.edu

Feel free to keep any library items you may have currently. Fines will not be charged or will be waived for any that are accrued during this time. This is to include OhioLINK materials.

Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, and please explore additional FAQs below.
