How do I contact library staff when I have a question?

Help Desk staff in the Aneal Mohan Kohli Academic and Information Technology Center are available to answer your questions in-person or virtually during posted staff hours (see below).

We are the first point of contact for library and technology related services and will resolve or elevate all library or technology related requests as appropriate. From assisting you in finding the perfect article to changing your password, we look forward to helping you in the best way possible!

Staffed Hours (NEOMED ID Holders)

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am to 8pm
  • Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Noon to 5pm

How do I get help with using library resources for my research topic or assignment?

In Person:  Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 4:30pm  Stop by the information desk in the library and ask to speak with the reference librarian.

By Appointment: Complete the online appointment request form or call 330-325-6600 to make an appointment with a librarian.

Reference services available to NEOMED affiliated patrons:

  • Expert advice on locating relevant resources (journal articles, books, databases, etc)
  • Assistance with research, including the development of search methodologies
  • Database training
  • Support for Zotero and EndNote Web
