This "How Do You" guide answers common library questions, such as how to find information on a topic, request a book, get material from another campus, cite resources, or access information from off-campus!

Education and Information Resources Desk

Help Desk staff in the Aneal Mohan Kohli Academic and Information Technology Center are available during posted staff hours.

We are the first point of contact for library and technology related services and will resolve or elevate all library or technology related requests as appropriate.

From assisting you in finding the perfect article, book, to changing your password, or showing you how to print, we look forward to helping you in the best way possible.

  • Monday-Thursday: 7am to 8pm
  • Friday: 7am to 5pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: Noon to 5pm

Summer Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 7am to 5pm
  • Friday: 7am - 4 pm
  • CLOSED WEEKENDS

Reference Services

A reference librarian is available to NEOMED affiliated patrons between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
