Under this three-year OhioLINK agreement, NEOMED has access to all 400+ journals published by Cambridge University Press and NEOMED and OhioLINK corresponding authors have unlimited Open Access publishing benefits at no additional charge to either the author or the institution.
- Agreement period: January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027
- Covers Hybrid and fully Open Access journals
- Eligible authors: Corresponding authors affiliated with Ohio State upon article acceptance
- Eligible publication types include: Research articles, review articles, rapid communications, brief reports, and case reports
Elsevier Hybrid
Under this OhioLINK agreement, submitting authors affiliated with NEOMED and OhioLINK institutions can publish Open Access journal articles in eligible Elsevier hybrid journals at no additional cost to either the author or the institution.
- Agreement period: January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027
- Covers only eligible Hybrid journals (eligible subscription-based journals that offer an Open Access option). Exclusions include Cell Press and Lancet titles.
- Fully Open Access journals are not eligible
- Annual maximum number of articles available.
- Eligible authors: Submitting corresponding authors affiliated with Ohio State upon article acceptance
- Eligible publication types: Original research and review type content (includes full-length articles, micro-articles, review articles, case reports, data in brief, original software publications, practice guidelines, protocols, replication studies, short communication, short survey, and video articles).
Institute of Physics (IOP)
Under this three-year OhioLINK agreement, submitting authors at NEOMED can publish unlimited Open Access articles in all IOP journals that offer Open Access publishing, with the exception of the American Astronomical Society (AAS) journals, at no cost to the author and no additional cost to the institution.
- Agreement period: January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025
- Covers all journals that participate in IOP's transformative agreements, including most of its fully Open Access and Hybrid journals. Eligible journal lists A, B, C, and D apply to this agreement.
- Eligible authors: Corresponding authors affiliated with Ohio State upon article acceptance
- Eligible publication types: Research paper, special issue, letter, and review article
Springer Hybrid
Under this OhioLINK agreement, NEOMED submitting authors can publish Open Access journal articles in eligible Springer hybrid journals at no additional cost to either the author or the institution.
- Agreement period: January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026
- Covers only eligible Hybrid journals (eligible subscription-based journals that offer an Open Access option)
- Fully Open Access journals are not eligible
- Annual maximum number of articles available.
- Eligible authors: Corresponding authors affiliated with Ohio State when requesting Open Access funding for their accepted article. The request for coverage of the APC must be approved between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2026
- Eligible publication types: Original Papers, Review Papers, Brief Communications, and Continuing Education
Wiley
Under this renewed and expanded OhioLINK agreement, NEOMED submitting authors can publish Open Access articles in more than 1,300 hybrid journals published by Wiley and in more than 600 Wiley Open Access journals at no additional cost to either the author or the institution.
- Agreement period: January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026
- Covers fully Open Access journals and hybrid journals (subscription-based journals that offer an Open Access option)
- Manuscripts must be accepted for publication on or after January 1, 2024 in a Wiley hybrid (subscription) journal, or submitted to a Wiley fully open access journal on or after January 1, 2024
- Annual maximum number of articles available. As the limit of fee-free has been reached, there is a 10% discount off the list price APC for both hybrid and fully Open Access journals.
- Eligible authors: Responsible corresponding authors affiliated with Ohio State upon article acceptance for hybrid journals and affiliated with Ohio State at submission for fully Open Access journals
