This channel provides a wide range of workout routines. From cardio to yoga to strength training. There are videos from Jillian Michaels and Billy Blanks Jr. to name a couple. If you are looking for something different every day this channel will help you the most.
Fitness Blender
This channel has over 190,000 subscribers and over 25 million views. It is one of the most comprehensive cardio workout channels available through You Tube. They also have printable workout routines and recipes available on their website, www.FitnessBlender.com
Pilates Anytime
These are videos that show you how to fit in a workout anywhere at anytime. These places range from doing pilates at home or even work.
POPSUGAR Fitness
POPSUGAR Fitness offers fresh fitness tutorials, workouts, and exercises that will help you on your road to healthy living, weight loss, and stress relief.
Yoga with Adriene
